Making a SAR Referral
Any agency representative, local councillors, Members of Parliament or professional must refer a case believed to meet the threshold of the criteria for SAR in a timely manner, by completing the completing the online SAR Referral Form.
A case may also be referred by other interested parties including the family as above.
The SAR Decision Panel may choose to invite those making a referral in their professional role to present the case to the panel. This is to enhance the opportunity to understand fully the context of the case prior to a decision being made.
